Information
New YCS ComPuter Products
| All New custom built YCS ComPuters
and products carry a limited 1 year warranty, unless otherwise stated. All repairs
are to be made at our Lonaconing, Maryland facility. It is the customers
responsiblity to transport or ship the item to this location. |
New Products other than YCS Custom built
Computers
| New products carry warranty
specified by the manufacturer. This can vary from 30 days to 1 year. Warranty
is specified in the description of the item. Defective items under factory
warranty are to be returned to manufacturer. No returns will be accepted without an RMA |
Refurbished Products
| Factory Refurbished products are to be returned to
manufacturer for warranty |
| YCS Computer refurbished products are to returned
to YCS. No returns will be accepted without an RMA |

Used and Tested Products
| All used products tested at our
store carry a 30 day replacement warranty. Call for RMA number. Item will be
replaced at our expense. |
As-Is Products
| All products labeled AS-IS are
just that, No warranty or replacement |
Return Policy
| Do not ship defective items back to YCS ComPuter
without an RMA number. Merchandise received without an RMA on the box will be refused and
returned to customer at their expense. |
| Items returned that are found not to be defective
will be returned to custormer, at customers expense. |
Items Not Covered Under Warranty
| Our warranty does not cover damage or reloading the
computer if caused by any of the following: customer error, abuse, water damage,
power surge, lightning, viruses, spyware. fire, wind, flood, war, or other
acts of god. |
